Can I flip from one room to another within Room Estate?

You have found a room that you like better or simply suits you better? No problem. With our Room Estate Flip Option you can easily change your room at short notice.

Contact our support with the desired room you want to change. You can add the desired room to your list at "Room Rentals" to speed up the process.

In order for us to allow you to flip to another room, the following conditions must be met:
- The planned change must be completed in more than 14 days.
- You are willing to pay the additional administration fee of CHF 200.
- You have settled all open claims.
