How can I access my contract?

General

It's very simple. Follow the steps below to access your contract confirmation in PDF format:

  1. Log into your cockpit (user account) via the "Login" button in the top right-hand corner of our website. Click on the dashes in the top right corner of your mobile phone to see the "Log in" button.
  2. Click on the "My Admin" section.
  3. Under "My Contracts" click on the contract you want to access (via "Details >".
  4. Under "Tenancy Files" you will find all contract relevant documents including the contract.

Help, I cannot find any documents!
If you don't see any documents with you, you either have an old paper rental contract or your contract is not available for some reason. Better contact our support and describe the incident. We will gladly help you further.

By the way
You have received a confirmation e-mail with the link to the document when you signed your rental agreement. You may also find it in your e-mail.
