Why is the keeping of pets prohibited?

The health of our tenants is important to us. In order to protect allergy sufferers, the keeping of pets is strictly prohibited in Room Estate apartments.

Exceptions can only be made for small pets (fish, hamsters, etc.) if Room Estate has given the tenant prior written permission. Permission can be refused or withdrawn without explanation. Pets are not allowed in the communal areas.
