You want to receive mail at your new address?

Of course you can receive mail and packages during your rental period. Usually you will receive a personal mailbox key with the handing over of the keys. For each tenant we also install an aluminium name plate on the corresponding mailbox. From then on you can receive mail as described below. To ensure that your mail arrives correctly, please make sure that the sender addresses the mail according to the following pattern:

Ordering and installing your name plate can take up to two weeks after you move in. If you need to receive important mail before then, this is of course also possible. To ensure that the mail arrives correctly, it is important that you provide the sender with the following recipient address:

"Zip code" "City"

In order to ensure that the letterboxes have a uniform appearance and are not damaged, it is prohibited to label letterboxes improperly, for example with stickers. Independently installed labels will have to be removed at the expense of the party responsible for the labelling
