Is there a clogged drain in your apartment, for example in the sink, toilet, shower or wash basin?

Please follow these steps before contacting us. It is very likely that you will be able to solve the problem quickly by yourself. Please note that depending on the terms of your rental agreement, the tenant may be responsible for unblocking pipes up to the main line and may therefore have to cover the cost of unblocking:

1. In most cases, you can unblock a blocked drain with a suction cup.
2. Another possibility is to use chemical pipe cleaners (please follow the product instructions).
3. In future, a hair sieve can prevent hair from getting into the drain of the shower/bathtub or wash basin and clogging it.
4. Clean and maintain the drain regularly with pipe cleaner to prevent further clogging.
