What is the minimum rental period?

The usual minimum rental period at Room Estate is 12 months. In the contract conclusion process the minimum rental period can be optionally reduced to 6 or 3 months.

Thus the following options are available:

- 3 months minimum rental period (for short stayers or all who want to test co-living)

- 6 months minimum rental period (ideal if your internship lasts between 6 and 12 months or if you are only looking for a room for one semester)

- 12 months minimum rental period (for budget-conscious co-living experts)

All rental contracts are concluded for an unlimited period and do not end automatically when the minimum rental period expires. The contractually agreed notice dates and the notice period are decisive for the termination of a rental agreement.
