What is the initial payment and when do I have to make it?

General

The first payment was compiled by us especially for you, so that you have an overview of what has to be paid before moving in. Usually these are the following services:

- Application fee
- Deposit
- Prepayment
- First rent

The first payment should be on our account at the latest on the day when your rental contract begins or when you want to move in. Please note that we cannot give you the keys without the initial payment, so it is advisable to transfer the payment approximately 2 weeks before the start of the contract if possible. There may be a delay in handing over the keys.
