Our vision is to enable young and independent people worldwide to rent a room in a simple and efficient way and to organize all communities as well as possible. That's why we developed our Community Manager via mobile app for you, so that you are always in control when it comes to your community.

 Basically, our mobile app is currently only aimed at tenants and offers you the following possibilities:

  • Community updates: You can keep yourself informed about the latest events in your community.
  • Share expenses: The shared costs in the community can be easily recorded and billed. You can keep a record of everything with your roommates.
  • Communicate together (coming soon): Private or group, chat with all your roommates.
