Have you locked yourself out, lost the key or can't get back into the apartment?

It is best to try to get in touch with your flatmates first to get into your flat. You can contact the roommates via Mobile App or by using the information in the cockpit.

If that doesn't work or you don't have any roommates at all, please try to contact our support as soon as possible. We will try to get you a spare key during office hours as soon as possible, which you can then pick up. Unfortunately, we will have to charge you for the copy of the key if you cannot find the lost key. In some cases the lock also needs to be replaced.

In urgent cases you can call the key service at your own expense. The best thing is to google for a suitable provider for your locality.
